• Glycerin (veg): Natural humectant and emollient. Conditions & moisturizes the skin. Non-irritating and soothing, can be used on even the most sensitive skin.
• Stearic Acid (veg): Adds lubricity to the skin making it smoother.
• Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter): Provides improvement to dry skin.
• Synthetic Beeswax: Emulsifier & nourishing to skin. Alternative to animal-derived beeswax obtained from the honeycomb of virgin bees; minimizes allergic reactions and respects lifestyle choices (Vegan).
• Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil: Helps to improve the skin elasticity & suppleness.
• Cetyl Alcohol (veg): Natural fatty alcohol used as an emollient and stabilizing agent. It's Halal.
• Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil: Rich in vitamins A & C. Fresh tangy smell. Natural alternative to fragrance.
• Benzyl Alcohol & Dehydroacetic Acid: Preservative; natural alternative to parabens.

To reduce the possibility of drying of the skin, irritation of the skin, dermatitis or any other adverse reactions associated with petroleum or mineral oils, these ingredients have been intentionally avoided.

Animal products and or by-products are also intentionally excluded, not simply to avoid known adverse skin reactions but also to avoid any (even theoretical) prospect of contracting a prion disease that could be present in these ingredients. Furthermore animal products and or by-products have been intentionally excluded to respect people's religious beliefs and lifestyle choices.

The use of plant based ingredients responds to the demand from the general public for more natural and organic products, versus chemical or synthetic ingredients.

Preferably, the composition is intentionally uncomplicated, the intent being to produce a less complex product, comprising a minimal number of ingredients. When compared to other skin care preparations, this invention can dramatically reduce the number and amount of chemicals being applied to the skin. Furthermore, the nature of each ingredient is selected so that educated members of the general public could easily recognize, relate to, and feel comfortable with the selected ingredients.
