I’ve been using After Inked on a lot of my clients and it’s been cutting the healing time down in half. I have clients come back within a few days or a week and the tattoo it’s been almost 100% healed.
A lot of the trauma done to the skin has been smooth out a lot.
Sometimes you get kind of a wrinkle effect and the tattoo is not all the way healed, because generally the outside of the skin is going to heal faster than the under side of the skin. I’ve noticed that by using After Inked it’s really no wrinkling and the tattoo is generally healed.

I am one of the tattooists who were selected to try out After Inked Tattoo Aftercare in Canada. After receiving a sample, I decided to try a little experiment: I tattooed two black stars on my knees (one on each knee) and used After Inked on one tattoo, and what I regularly use on my tattoos, Vitamin E Ointment.
Firstly, I will say that I was impressed with the packaging that After Inked came in. This type of bottle is very effective in discouraging contamination of said product. The consistency of After Inked was very nice, not too greasy, but very creamy feeling. I noticed it soaked into the skin and kept it moisturized quite well during the healing process, as opposed to Vitamin E Ointment, that tends to be greasy and stays on the surface of the skin, therefore it easily rubs off onto articles of clothing. After Inked doesn't do this.
My final analysis? I would carry this product in tattoo shops I work at and offer them for sale as a convenience to my customers. Thanks for allowing me to test this product for myself.

As I said, I put your product to the test, and would be the first one to say I’m a skeptic: always a new kid trying to sell another new better aftercare... however this time I’m totally impressed with the product. Incredible, there is nothing about After Inked that I don't like. It healed a color piece in 5 days, had no wrinkling as I so often get during the healing. I honestly only had apply it 2x a day, it doesn’t get on your clothes and where you put it, it stays... light scent and it feels incredible on the skin. Used it from the first day, no burning at all... LOVE THIS STUFF. Our Studio has found a new aftercare that I will have no problem recommending to our customers...

I have started using it on my tatts that I have had for quite sometime. Now even though this product has been developed for new tatts, I have been using it on mine to keep them conditioned.
I put it on before I play a show because of sweating, your skin can dry out and your tatts can look faded. I use this product after the shows also, to keep them from looking and feeling dry.

I bought this product at the Richmond Tattoo Convention because I was sold on the claim that it reduces healing time and I had an important football game to play in, a little more than a week after. The claim turned out to be a fact and I was very pleased.
The cream kept my clothes from sticking to the tattoo and kept it very moist. None of those things are the best part though. Using this product seemed to reduce the amount of scabbing and peeling but best of all it drastically reduced the amount of itching I normally experience. I'm hooked.

I just wanted to write you and tell you that I love the After Inked cream I bought from you last month. If you remember, I purchased it from you because of the problem with my nose ring. I pierced my nose, but kept knocking it with my hair, towels and other things; it was unable to ever heal. I purchased a piercing healing spray and received moderate relief.
The same thing kept happening over and over; my nose would heal, get knocked and become red and irritated again. I finally decided to take out the ring, but was left with a large blister that did not respond to the piercing spray. At that point I purchased your cream because I was at my wits end, ready to try anything. Nightly, for a week, I washed my face with regular face wash, dried my face and applied After Inked on and around the bubble. It has since gone away and, though I had to give up on a nose stud, my nose is back to normal.
So I thought, ‘Well I am not going to pierce or tattoo anything again for a while. What will I do with the cream?’ I noticed that the cream has a very relaxing scent. I tried the cream on my face for a few nights and have decided that it works so well with my skin. I always had a very hard time finding a face cream that moisturizes without drying my skin or making it too oily.
The composition of the cream along with the natural scent makes it perfect for many things including tired or stretched eyes, sunburn and just for regular nightly use. I hope that my anecdote can help others decide to try your product.

I just wanted to say that I LOVE AFTER INKED! I just had 4 sittings in the last 2 weeks on my leg and the color is vivid and awesome and the healing time was shorter than normal, no dryness on my leg at all.
The lotion feels great to the skin and it didn't stick to my clothes at all. Before I used a petroleum based product and another lotion product and it was not the same on my skin. I recently received some of your product to try after a recent tattoo. It did not noticeably shorten healing time, but, it did keep the scabbing to a minimum, and it kept the crust flexible, much more comfortable throughout the healing process. The flexibility allowed it to be much less itchy.
There is enough in the bottle to last you through many tattoos, and because of the pump, you don't have to worry about contamination.
Some things I noticed that would be helpful to let people know, a full squirt of the pump is likely too much for one application, push down a little each time so you don't get too much. As it is thick, when you're putting it on, you want to dab to spread and not smear. It does leave a bit of a layer on top so when you're in the shower be sure to soap up and wash it as needed.
All in all, I did like this product, it was easy to use and increased the comfort of the heal time. I had no flaking before it was ready.
